We're a beginner-friendly studio through and through, so if you've never stepped on a Reformer before, you're exactly who we built this for.

Our well-trained teachers guide you every step of the way, and with a max of 8 Reformers per class, you're never just another face in the room, you'll get the attention you need to feel confident and steady on the machine.

We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothes: pants preferably without any zippers or buttons, a comfortable top, and no shoes, as we work out with socks/non-slip socks.

Please note, that socks are compulsory. We also recommend to bring a bottle of water.

All of our classes are instructed in english unless marked otherwise.

Classes must be cancelled with a minimum notice of 9 hours through the booking system via the website (timetable page) or the app, please download the Momence app (Android or Apple). Late cancellations and no shows will either forfeit their class or attract a CHF15 late/no show fee (Unlimited Memberships).

Private bookings must be cancelled with a minimum notice of 24hrs, otherwise the full fee is due.

If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class up until 4 hours before class commencement. If a spot becomes available with less than 4 hours notice, you will be offered a spot which you can either decline or take. Please make sure to cancel your waitlisted spot for classes you no longer wish to attend. Classes may become available during the night, if you are unable to check, please remove yourself off the waitlist before bed.

If you get pushed into class, our regular cancellation notice applies.

Memberships can be suspended for up to 1 month per year at no additional cost.

Minimum terms will be extended by the time the membership was suspended for.

Invite your friends by sharing your personal referral link. The friend must use the link when they first register their account. This cannot be done retrospectively. When your friend uses your link and makes purchases in the value of CHF 120.– (can be done in one or multiple transactions), they’ll enjoy a 5% discount, and you’ll receive CHF 35 – as an account credit! Your referral link can be found in your profile in your app.

Open your Momence app, select TRUNK as your studio, then click onto the “i” icon in the top right corner and select “refer & earn”. Copy the link and share it with your friend.

You can track how much your friends have spent by selecting the Account icon in the bottom right corner.
