Our Courses

Reformer Pilates
Learn to teach safe, effective, and engaging reformer classes for clients of all levels. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the reformer, how to sequence classes intelligently, and how to cue and modify with confidence.

Mat Pilates
Mat work is the foundation of the Pilates method. Master the principles and repertoire needed to teach strong, flowing classes using just the body and small props, the perfect starting point for new instructors.

Barre
Blend Pilates, ballet-inspired movement, and strength training into fun, energising, music-driven classes. Learn to challenge strength and endurance while keeping technique and alignment at the heart of every movement.

Train In Person or Online

Choose the learning style that suits your life. Train face to face in the studio with hands-on guidance and real-time feedback from our educators, or study online at your own pace from wherever you are. Whichever path you choose, you'll receive the same high-quality education and support.
