Monthly cycle commences with purchases and renews monthly on that day. Membership runs indefinitely or until cancelled via email. Minimum term 3 instalments; paid monthly. Must be cancelled with minimum notice of 14 days notice prior to next billing date, cancellation must be sent via email. Cancellations via phone, in person or social media are not accepted. Can be suspended for up to 1 month per 12 months cycle. Suspension/membership hold available with 14 days notice via email. Suspensions must be in monthly intervals. Cannot be shared, transferred or cancelled early due to change of mind, injury, relocation or for any other reason. Please check T&Cs for full terms & conditions.
